That a dual meet between Princeton and Oxford to be held probably July 30 may now be considered almost a certainly is assured from a statement made yesterday by George M. Murray, graduate athletic manager at Princeton, and by a cablegram sent to the Princeton authorities by Captain Rudd of the Oxford. Nothing official, however, has been received as yet in regard to the University-Yale meet with Cambridge and Oxford proposed for July 16 or 23, not concerning a possible Cornell-Cambridge dual meet...

Last year Cambridge and Oxford were represented at the meet by a combined relay team, and Oxford led by Rudd, established a new world's record for the two mile event. Dr. Orton also stated that although it had not definitely been decided, it was hoped that the same team would return for the games next April...
