Usage:

Between their pushups and Power Bars, Matt and Luke, two high school wrestling buddies training for a big match, don't need any distractions. The websites sponsored by the National Institutes of Health are generally excellent, as are many sites produced by universities and hospitals. Patient organizations can be wonderful sources of support, but they can be repositories of rumor and misinformation...
