GEORGE LEWIS: TRIOS & BANDS (American Music). New Orleans-born George Lewis became a cult figure for traditional jazz fans the world over and the model of dozens of clarinetists ranging from Woody Allen to Britain's Sammy Rimington and Japan's Ryoichi Kawai.
