There are two things that Lance Morrow failed to mention in his review "The Lives of the Saint," concerning President Jimmy Carter [BOOKS, May 11]. One is that in spite of the mistakes made during the 1979-81 hostage crisis, Carter brought 53 Americans home safe, including my husband, Bruce, charge d'affaires in Iran.
