...adjourned meeting of the Overseers of Harvard College was held yesterday in the absence of the President of the board, the Hon. Leverett Salton-stall occupied the chair. The Rev. James Freeman Clarke was added to the committee to visit the observatory. The board concurred with the president and fellows in appointing William Henry Baldwin, Jr., as Proctor.
