Sirs: Why do you cheapen TIME with a red bordered cover ? Is it not strong enough as a current publication to speak for itself with dignity and a cover that suggests its contents ? Must .it call attention to itself with screaming scarlet-and thus attract the masses who would be led to believe that it ranks with the Red Book or similar publications that resort to superficial advertisement ?
