...handicap games were held on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon. The day was raw and windy, and as several of the men were not at their best good performances were almost impossible. The work of the new men, however, was exceptionally good. Five events were won by Freshmen. W. A. Schick '05, scratch, won both the 100 and 220 yards dashes in very good time. The 120 yards hurdles were won by S. Johnson '05, and the 220 yards hurdles by F. B. Scheuber '05. J. A. Tingley '05 with 4 feet handicap won the shot...
