Bill Clinton might not relish comparisons of himself with either Lyndon Johnson or Ronald Reagan. As a Rhodes scholar at Oxford, he demonstrated against Johnson's Vietnam policy, and he is now pushing a deficit-cutting program that specifically aims to stand Reaganomics on its ear.
