Died. Theodore F. Shuey, 88, dean of official reporters in the U. S. Senate; after a six-week illness; at Swope, Va. He joined the Senate staff at the age of 23, recorded the induction of every Vice President since Schuyler Colfax (1869), never missed a working day in 65 years.
