When a former request was made that persons should not gather about the scorer's bench during the base ball games, it was hoped that the request would be sufficiently complied with as to obviate the necessity of repeating it. But unfortunately matters have so drifted back into old condition that the manager of the nine is obliged again to ask the men to keep away from the bench.
