...second recent gift is a collection of musical instruments from southern Mexico. They are made of clay, and are formed to represent various animals. To the backs of the figures are attached whistles, which give out either high or low notes. As the Museum has never before had anything of this kind, it considers the collection a very valuable addition. The instruments were presented by Mr. C. P. The plan of the club differs from that of previous years, in that instead of one team there will be both a first and a second.
