Taken all in all, the game brought out the best playing that has been seen on Holmes Field this season. Aside from four errors and a wild throw the 'Varsity played a remarkably steady fielding game. In the second inning, Laughlin, Haughton and McCornick made a neat double play, when Foster hit to Laughlin with Sears on first. Clark seemed to be a little off his form, although he reached first four times out of six at bat, three time on hits.
