...review Jay Cocks did on The Who at Madison Square Garden [Oct. 1] was one of the nicest and most honest reviews of the group I have read in a while. I went to New York City for the second of those concerts, and Cocks described it like it was. The Who have proved themselves to be the best rock-'n'-roll band ever.
