In the seventh, Egbert was hit by a pitched ball, and took second on Cropley's fumble of Edmunds's fly. Both Egbert and Edmunds were forced by George's base on balls, and scored on Fraunfelter's hit. Their final run the Freshmen made in the last inning, when Kendall was given his base, stole second and third, and came home...

The fielding of both teams was creditable, considering the heavy diamond and unfavorable weather.
