Meanwhile the prince has fallen in love with a picture of a princess, whom the Queen desires to see married to the Prince of Wales. When the latter is expected to come to Berlin and is preceded by an ambassador, the Prince of Baireuth discovers that the marriage depends on the acceptance of a commercial treaty.
