While he receives this stipend, he also has the use of the $2.3 million home in La Jolla, California, that Seema bought in better times for him to use as a postprison retreat. Seema has already tried to seize that house, putting it on the market when Boesky filed his alimony suit, but Ivan's lawyers successfully persuaded...
