SEVERAL times lately we have seen it mentioned that the New York Polo Club intend to offer a cup valued at five hundred dollars as a prize for the foot-ball championship of next year. Six colleges - Yale, Princeton, and Harvard among them - are to be allowed to contend for this prize, and we presume the intention is to offer the same cup each year.
