THERE has been a good deal of noise in the Yard during the last few evenings, - more than was necessary perhaps, and certainly more than was agreeable. We do not believe that the Yard is the proper place for select field meetings of the H. A. A., because the applause of the spectators is distracting to hard workers who wish to keep their windows open.
