After all the fuss over possible POWs in Russia and Vietnam, a U.S. Senator just back from Pyongyang says hundreds of American servicemen captured during the Korean War were sent to China and never returned. Bob Smith, a New Hampshire Republican, vice chairman of the Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs, said, "Every single Korean official we talked to confirmed" that U.S. prisoners of war had been sent to China.
