This sort of thinking demonstrates that we haven't learned a thing from Vietnam, Somalia and a hundred other similar situations. Congratulations to NATO for standing up to a ruthless and evil dictator. Milosevic can be compared with Cambodia's Pol Pot. The Serbs have demonstrated yet again that they are capable only of fighting unarmed civilians.
