...action of the Overseers in voting to extend the privilege of voting for Overseers to all graduates of five year's standing from any professional school has drawn a protest from the alumni of the college. A petition that a definite settlement of the matter be postponed at least a year has been prepared and circulated among prominent alumni in Boston. In all there are 150 signers. The petition was presented to the Overseers last week and will be considered at a special meeting this morning...
