Usage:

Russia, thought the best guessers, has two ways in which it can seek its end. The first is to press for a four-power control setup with a Russian veto over German affairs (including the Ruhr). The second, and far more effective way, is to win German sympathies and establish conditions favorable to Communism. More cautious opinion held that the Russians had merely lost the round in Berlin. There seemed little doubt that they would fight, in the impending Foreign Ministers' conference, for an all-German setup in which Russia would have some sort of veto. But the U.S. was ready for that (see NATIONAL AFFAIRS), and Europe knew it. The Communists had no cause for vernal jubilation...

...complete reorganization of the Album setup seems to be the only way out of the quagmire. It should not be a completely "senior" book--it would have much more interest if it were angled to a year, not a class. Some copies might even be sold to undergraduates, especially freshmen, and the traditionally harassed business manager could probably squeeze out some more advertising if there was a chance that the readership would stay in Cambridge for another year or more...

This year marks the second in which the circuit will be run on a ten-team setup, with both service academies and Brown back in the fold. The closest Harvard has come to winning a loop title was in 1936 when it shared honors with Dartmouth. This year it may upset the apple cart. You never can tell
