Revised western football rules, prepared by Professors A. A. Stagg of Chicago University and A. P. Everett of the University of Illinois, were sent out after a final conference Tuesday. There is no requirement for seven men in the line, but it is provided that if two linesmen are drawn back of the line they shall be outside of the line of scrimmage.
