Philadelphia, Pa., April 30.--In one of the most thrilling sets of events ever held in a Pennsylvania Relay Carnival, the University athletes claimed a large share of the honors by defeating the speedy Pennsylvania relay team in the one-mile college relay championship, and placing in several other events.
