Lamelle Rawlins is described as "disappointed" and she is quoted as saying, "It's not just that women aren't running. There needs to be a shift in attitudes among students for women to be equall represented." It appears that Ms. Rawlins is saying that although women only made up 36.1 percent of the candidates, they still deserve 50 percent of the seats.
