...Kenyon told me I needed a collared shirt and a sweatband. The sweatband was no problem, but the only short-sleeved shirt with a collar that I own is really heavy and not at all conducive to exercise. In addition to limiting my range of arm motion, thus severely hindering my groundstrokes, it led to excessive perspiration.
