With the formation of an undergraduate committee to encourage enlistments, the plan for the naval cruise has been formally launched. The scheme has of necessity been late in getting started and is handicapped by the short time left in which to interest college men. The naval cruise is as important as the plattsburg camps, for the navy is almost entirely lacking in a reserve force.
