Under the able administration of its present officers the Cooperative Society has had another remarkably successful year. The growth in the last three years has been very rapid; the figures show that the Society has almost doubled in that time, the amount of business done. To accommodate this growth, changes have been necessary from year to year and last year witnessed a radical change in the arrangement of rooms. They could accomplish much both in the improvement of the cheering itself and in keeping down a tendency which occasionally crops out and which, if not nipped in the bud, is likely to result unfortunately.
