Deciding to take no chances on losing any more men on account of injuries, Head Coach Fisher yesterday again put team "A" through a light signal drill and kicking practice only. This exhibition was watched with special interest by C. E. Brickley '15, who recently arrived in Cambridge in order to help Coach Fisher develop his punters and drop-kickers, that the University may not be handicapped later on by the "51-yard" punts of Scheerer or the "unfalling toe" of Murphy...

Realizing that the Princeton game is too near to take chances on injuring his men in scrimmage, Coach Fisher gave the University team a day of kicking practice, signal drill, and practice in the forward pass formations. For the first hour of practice, almost the entire team spent their time kicking long, high spirals, some of them kicking from the side lines, going over the top of the Stadium. Later the team went through a long signal drill which occupied the rest of the afternoon...
