...Maplecrest" here in Princeton. Without going into a long treatise on the subject, I would like to say that six years ago we bought our house for $14,500 before the advent of Maplecrest. Today the value has increased to the $20,000-$22,000 range. Houses similar to ours have sold for this amount just as quickly "after Maplecrest" as before...
