...Sir: Let it be known to the world that this faithful reader has made an epochal invention, the minus vote. In addition to the plus vote that every voter already has to vote for a candidate, he will now be given a minus vote to be used against a candidate. At the election, the total of a candidate's minus votes will be deducted from that of his plus votes.
