Well, besides starring in several movies and starring in and producing a new sitcom for ABC (which won a Golden Globe this year), Fox seems to have decided to attack his condition with the notable combination of faith and science. Last spring, he underwent one of the most aggressive treatments for Parkinson's, a thalamotomy, in which doctors removed the brain cells contributing to Fox's most severe limb tremors. Despite the operation's risk of paralysis or death, he told Walters, "I had full faith in my doctors, and I had full faith...
Thomas (aka J.T.T.), better known as Randy on the hit sitcom "Home Improvement," plays Jake Wilkinson, a collegiate Scrooge who divides his time between wooing his girlfriend Allie (Jessica Biel) and running a fake ID service. Gale...
Since the halcyon days of junior high, though, teen idols have deteriorated from wholesome sitcom characters and 80s excess into the over hyped likes of the Spice Girls, Mariah Carey, Hanson, Leonardo DiCaprio and the Backstreet Boys. Strangely enough, the Spice Girl's teeny-bopper fans notice no implicit contradiction between one of their role models proclaiming the mantra "Girl Powah" and then posing nude for Playboy...
