Triple Gold Medal-winning speed skater Johann Olav Koss is leading efforts to arrange a global cease-fire during the 1996 Summer Olympics. Koss hopes that such an "Olympic Truce" will allow UNICEF relief workers to provide medical care to children in war-torn regions, especially Bosnia and Herzegovina.
