While the Franconia races will offer individual honors, the Lake Placid meet, an inter-collegiate affair scheduled from Monday, December 29 to New Year's Day, will be held on a team basis. Four events, cross country, downhill racing, jumping, and slalom plus a combination of the cross country and jumping, are planned.
