...Some say that I’m a pompous creep / Somehow I don’t lose that much sleep / Why bother with false modesty? / Harvard’s the perfect place for me.”Harvard alumni are often inspired by their undergraduate years, but perhaps none thus far have been able to express these experiences as well as “Legally Blonde: The Musical” co-composer and co-lyricist Laurence C. ...almost see The Killers’ Brandon Flowers wailing about “promises made in the heat of the moment” in Robert Smith’s place. Just add a few synths and Flowers would be right at home. ...postering process, we are aware of just how difficult it is to determine whether a poster has been intentionally vandalized or simply buried under the detritus of the daily poster wars. The former is a serious violation of College regulations; the latter is simply a consequence of sleep-deprived students rushing about in an attempt to finish quickly so that they can take a nap before their first classes of the day. HRL President Mary Anne Marks ’10 has admitted that she is unsure whether the damage to HRL’s poster is intentional...
