Hockey practice which was held on Artificial Pond yesterday, consisted of a 30-minute line-up between the first and second teams, in which each team scored one goal. As the ice was covered with water, accurate shooting was impossible. The passing, however, showed a slight improvement. The line-up was as follows: FIRST TEAM. SECOND TEAM. The line-up against the second eleven, however, was longer than usual and consisted of two 20-minute halves. In offensive work a slight improvement was apparent. This was not, however, manifest in the defense, as the second eleven, although weak, carried the ball for long gains.
