...June 18.--The University crew rowed over the four mile course this evening in 21 minutes, 18 seconds. There was a favoring wind and a slight tide to help them, so the time is not remarkable. The rowing was better than in the row on Friday. Last night's change seems to have improved the crew. The boat was steady during the entire four miles and the men were better together. The men do not finish the stroke strongly enough yet and most of the coaching is directed to improve this...
