...being held by the Bosnian Muslims pending their possible indictment by the International War Crimes Tribunal. In a rare press conference, Serb Lt. General Milan Gvero accused the Muslims of "jeopardizing peace," and accused NATO of pro-Muslim bias, "supporting the option of war". Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic, one of the area's chief power brokers, backs the Bosnian decision. If his support for the peace plan is wavering, it could collapse. Bowing to pressure from Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic, Bosnian Serb leaders agreed to release some 180 prisoners of war and allow a full probe into suspected mass graves. They also pledged cooperation with war-crimes investigators. The commander of NATO-led forces in Bosnia said there may be 200 to 300 mass graves in Bosnia. Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic, but has been able to arrest only one person. On Sunday, Shattuck visited an area near the former Muslim enclave of Srebrenica, up to now sealed from all allied officials and reporters, where as many as 7,000 civilians...
