Several members of the club availed themselves of the pleasant morning, Saturday, to secure a little extra practice at Watertown. The chief event was a match between W. H. Slocum and H. W. Abbot. Each shot at 50 glass balls, and, after a well contested match, Mr. Slocum won the event. The shooting in this match was very good. Slocum broke 24 out of the last 25 balls, while Abbot broke 22.
