For example, if I move back to my lovely home state of Florida, my issue would probably be securing huge government benefits for Cubans and old people, placing a particular emphasis on old Cuban people. If I stay in Massachusetts, my issue would likely involve exploiting some loophole in order to use federal tax increases for the improvement of the local baseball franchise.
