...found on a stretcher at the hospital where Kennedy and Connally were taken; the commission decided that it had fallen out of Connally's superficial thigh wound onto his stretcher. The bullet offered sufficient grounds to make the single-bullet theory suspect. Experts reported that a 6.5-mm. slug such as Oswald used would normally weigh 160 or 161 grains when fired. Doctors had found roughly three grains of metal in Connally's wrist and thigh. But the spent bullet (labeled Exhibit 399) weighed a hefty 158.6 grains when examined-more than it should have, considering the amount...

Beastly is the word for the people in this picture. Out beyond Palm Springs, six of the sicklers solo off and chainwhip a couple of stompers from another hogpen. In the peel-off, Loser (Bruce Dern) puts the burn on a police bike, catches a slug in the back, lands on the critical list. It gladdened my hart to see the tears had fallen into the glass. Instantly I addered a mastiff slug of raw animal spirits, with ice-"crocs on the rocks"-thrush snaking my thirst in a swallow. Delicious. Pity I had no horse d'oeuvre. Such a stag party may never be held again. On the otter hand, I wonder wether the savoir-fare of your report could...
