Although it has undeniably felt this drain, Phillips Brooks House has yet passed a most creditable year. The Social Service Committee and the Deputation Committee have been, as examination of the report shows, particularly active. Changes in the scope of the latter committee's endeavors have subdued the emphasis formerly placed on Harvard delegations to churches, and given more attention to the preparatory school visits.
