Even though he had been the one to break off the negotiations last month, Sadat was anxious that talks resume among the three negotiators: Egyptian Foreign Minister Kamal Hassan Ali, Israeli Interior Minister Yosef Burg, and U.S. Special Envoy Sol Linowitz.
