Yesterday the Cornell crew went over the regular 1 and 7-8 miles course both in the morning and afternoon. In the morning the work was somewhat harder than it was in the afternoon, as a 33 stroke was rowed in a spurt at the finish. In the afternoon 26 strokes to the minute were maintained as a steady pace. The men appeared to be in good physical condition, but did not row hard.
