There is something mystical about the man and his music. Before Bob Marley, reggae was an island; after Marley, reggae was global. And almost 20 years after his death, Marley's influence is still growing. A dance remix of his hit Sun Is Shining is the No. 1 song in U.S. clubs. ...Surprisingly enough, the album's strongest track is the only song on the album not written by the veteran singer/songwriter performing it. The Artist's cover of "Every Day is a Winding Road" is scarcely recognizable as the same song that Sheryl Crow sang. Instead, he has infused the pop song with a distinctly bluesy feel that indelibly claims it as the musical property of the Artist once known as Prince.
