Though there are some 25 million television sets in Japan-more than in any other country except the U.S.-newspaper circulation has been growing, and no major newspapers have folded in the past decade. Computers & Embezzlers. Mobutu has put the Congo on a sounder course partly by bringing into the government a group of bright young Congolese who are graduates of such schools as the Sorbonne and the London School of Economics.
