This year's Freshman team is much stronger in the sprints than last year's. J. P. Spang, Jr., J. L. Foley, R. Tower, and C. H. Tilton can all be depended upon for working up into fast time for the dashes. Foley ran a good race in the interscholastic 100-yard dash last spring, and won second place in the 110-yard and 220-yard dashes in the Freshman meet in the Stadium last fall.
