...title character, Hilsabeck is truly nothing short of phenomenal. The screaming, angst-ridden lunatic he portrays running around in the depths of a theater send chills down the spine of even the most placid audience member. Yet the same Phantom sings such rich, warm ballads of love to his kidnapped victim that the once-horrified audience, like Christine herself, is drawn to tears of pity. That Hilsabeck can evoke such compassion and adoration as well as inspire such fear as the tortured and love-starved Phantom is truly the mark of a genius...
Tragedy struck in 1990. A semitrailer slammed into the tour bus Estefan was traveling in, breaking her back. She narrowly escaped paralysis (doctors inserted two 8-inch-long steel rods into her spine), but recovery was arduous. Still, less than a year after the accident, Estefan was back onstage--singing and dancing. Says Jorge Casas, Estefan's longtime bass player and musical director: "That alone should give you an idea of how incredibly driven and hardworking...

Apparently our reporter has some problems appreciating the beauty of the lyrics. And the one time Slimkid mentioned the albums is by no means enough to justify Mr. Hahn's blatant attack on the group. An examination of the lyrics finds that Mr. Hahn's claims...
...unique enticement is the 12-level, spaceship-shaped "pod" at the top of the tower. Along with the conference rooms, wedding chapels and inevitable revolving restaurant there is an observation deck whose huge slanted windows allow you to lean over and peek at the ground; because the building's spine is barely visible beneath, you feel you are hovering over Vegas in the Enterprise. Ascending three more levels, you find two things that no one before Stupak thought to put atop a skyscraper: a roller coaster and a space-launch reverse-bungee jump...
