Right now, Africans are not capable of helping the Congo survive. There is a great risk that the Congo will split. We have no means to supply troops or send materials. We are waiting for the big powers, or the U.N. Security Council, to send troops. Some African countries have the means, like South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Libya, but they are not together.
