Blades Before Razors. RCA Victor last week brought out a magazine-load cartridge that eliminates the shortcomings of spool tape. This month RCA will put on the market a broad library of classical and popular stereo magazine tapes in four sizes and prices, from $4.95 for 22 minutes to $9.95 for 60 minutes.
